We had a really nice stay in this good budget hotel. Really enjoyed the bar, where we had breakfasts. Actually the room was spotless with curtains ripped, the bathroom, as for instance. The location was unbeatable, for example, The Chalybeate Spring was within walking distance of the venue.

The units are airy, neat.

The breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient as it was close to several pubs and a hill with traffic lights at the summit, making it a great spot for dinner.

Good garden view room. Bathroom is small but functional. Nice garden to sit and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Location is good, just a 5 minute walk from the town center.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the town, railway station, theatre, and main shopping areas. The rooms are newly decorated and come with fresh towels.- The breakfast offers a variety of delicious food options.

Staff was friendly, the room was a great size, the bathroom was huge and had all necessary things you need in a hotel room.

The hotel delivered what was claimed, i.e. a no frills hotel at modest price. The room was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. The garden to the rear is delightful.

The staff were excellent, no cooked breakfast, analogue tv signal kept dropping out no teletext, hot water took up to 10 minutes to come through. Very clean smart hotel, but simple ameneties.

Room cold, hot water warm not good enough for shower or bath. Limited car park space or have to wake up early to move due to control zone.

I hate the shower no matter what room i am in it is complicated and difficult to use. What i didnt like this time was that the breakfast was not inclusive. I am hoping that this is not a trend towards losing the hotels unique value for money label
